Alex garnered his cheffing skills initially in England, where he had his first restaurant, and then working in the USA, France and Spain (with a restaurant and catering company for many years). Latterly, in the UK, he has founded and funded an award winning food production and catering businesses.
Now the managing director of Free Range Pies, with Free Range Cafes opening its first store recently, he is also working on a new experiential hospitality concept that delivers more than just food and beverage to customers.
Alex has worked within hospitality for much of his career, with a short foray into property with Atlantic Parks SL, Spain and marketing and communications in the middle east with Cr4L Marketing, gaining an MBA in 2013.
Alex is the founder and MD of Free Range Pies limited, a catering and food company. He is also working on several other projects including "Dark Green Kitchens" which is a plastic free low carbon footprint takeaway project.
Alex is a keen student of communication. Having studied the subject for many years he has published a book on public speaking and was engaged as a speaker and communications coach in the middle east.
